GlobeServe Bridge of Hope Ministries

GlobeServe continues to fulfil it mandate to the people of Ghana, by demonstrating the love of God tangibly. We seek to strictly follow Jesus’s Great Commandment as found in Matthew 22:36-39 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law? Jesus replied: Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and the greatest commandment. And also the second is like it: Love your neighbour as yourself”. This is done by the provision of the following programs of activities for the physical well - being of our target groups.

GlobeServe seeks to be a holistic ministry, and through the Bridge of Hope we are able to take our social mandates seriously by coming alongside our target group to bridge the gap between hope and despair as we reach out to them with both hands of the Gospel.

Objective of Bridge of Hope:
1. To make the love of God tangible for our target group
2. To reduce Malaria mortality among the rural communities through Malaria education and distribution of Insecticide Treated Net (ITN)
3. Provide Boreholes (Wells)
4. Help reduce poverty among the rural folks through our activities

Providing Boreholes

We seek to improve the health status of children and adults in our target communities, through the provision of bole hole, that generate good drinking water for both the young and the old. Through the borehole provision we additional elevate poverty in the beneficiary communities.
Many Rural communities throughout Ghana, lack potable water and this is the cause of increased cases of Water related diseases, which in some cases causes death. It is our hope to make imparts through this program.

Malaria Education

With the alignment rate of malaria reporting cases there is the need to educate the young and old on the causes, the prevention and also the treatment of malaria. Malaria in every second takes a life away, so we all are mandated to educate each other to reduce the effect of malaria in our target groups.
We approach our malaria campaign through trainings, provision of insecticide treated nets as a preventative measures and in some cases train malaria home care givers to provide first aids to children under 5 and the aged.

Nutrition/Deworming

Unavailability of portable drinking water among our target groups, most especially among the Northern Regions, most people resort to the use of stagnant water for cooking, washing, and drinking, as a result, people are infest with worms and water related diseases.
Bridge of hope therefore assists with worm medication to the affected people.
It is our hope that through the provision of Wells, malaria education and prevention, and through our numerous Community Medical outreaches many hearts will be open or soften toward the gospel and thereby see more come to the salvation knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ and for the expansion of the Kingdom of God.
