The Church Honors God through...
Fellowship
The word “fellowship” is one of the most powerful concepts in Scripture. Biblical and sociological evidence point to the truth that fellowship is primary to the Christian life and molds both discipleship and evangelism together. Therefore, GlobeServe Missionary Church purposes to honor God by bringing lives into harmony with Him and one another through fellowship. (Acts 2:42-47)
Discipleship
The term “discipleship” is a Biblical term and commanded by Jesus Christ. At the conclusion of Jesus’ earthly ministry he had few disciples. These few were entrusted with the responsibility to “go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19). This clear command, called “the Great Commission” is the basis of the GlobeServe Missionary Church statement of purpose: “To Honor God by making more disciples for Jesus Christ.”
Evangelism
The strategy of the Lord is to utilize those He has redeemed and whom He has equipped through fellowship and discipleship to “make disciples” of others. (Matthew 28:19-20).
A most basic task of the church then, is to give witness to the exciting, revolutionary, life changing “good news” of Jesus Christ. This flows naturally from the life of fellowship and discipleship. As a result, the church can literally “turn the whole world upside down” (Acts 17:6), as it impacts society with God’s supernatural life.
GlobeServe Missionary Church is committed to “Honor God by bringing lives into harmony with Him and one another through fellowship, discipleship, and evangelism.”

Stewardship
Understanding the issues of ownership is fundamental to the believer’s life and ability to truly honor God. Human culture propagates the myth that man is sole owner/controller of time, abilities, and possessions. Consequently, our culture tragically squanders time, misuses abilities, and greedily sets its hope on possessions.
To understand ownership by God and live by its reality is freedom, purpose, fulfillment, balance, and joy! Christian stewardship is basic to the proper understanding of the purpose and meaning of life.
Christian Stewardship: A disciple of Jesus Christ who acts responsibly by effectively utilizing all the resources available to the glory of his or her Creator and Master. (Genesis 1:26-28)

Lifestyle
The Christian’s “identification tag” or “designer’s label” is his/her lifestyle. The purpose of GlobeServe Missionary Church, “to honor God,” is intricately related to the lifestyle of her members. What we say must be reinforced by what we do. Our actions often speak louder than our words.
Our Church Statement of Faith speaks to the question, ‘what does the church believe?” Our Church Statement of Covenant speaks to the question, “How does the church best express a lifestyle that honors God in our society?”
Agreeing and abiding by these beliefs and standards is a matter of individual conscience and conviction which is assumed to be the case when one joins GlobeServe Missionary Church. (1 Peter 1:15-16)
